Foundry Rock Learning helps individuals and teams build the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills needed to succeed in the modern workplace. What we do
We turn the skills that modern organisations expect — but rarely teach — into short, interactive courses anyone can finish in a lunch break. Every module pairs plain-English explanations with worked examples, clear diagrams, hands-on exercises, and a quick knowledge check — so what you learn actually sticks.
We start with Corporate Foundations: one course on how work really gets done — projects and delivery, leadership and strategy, data and AI, finance, customers, people, operations, and the tools teams live in. Specialist courses follow as the way we work keeps changing.
